Exchange & Return Policy
At Fay Line, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a refined and transparent shopping experience. Therefore, we clarify our exchange policy according to the following terms:
As all abayas are made to order and tailored to special measurements, returns are not accepted.
Exchange is only available in the following cases:

A clear manufacturing defect, provided we are notified within 24 hours from the date of receiving the order.

A tear in the abaya, which must be clarified by attaching a photo.

The presence of stains on the product, which must be clarified by attaching a photo.
The abaya must be in its original condition, unused and unwashed, with the tag still attached.
The customer bears the shipping and delivery costs in case the exchange is approved, unless the error is from the store.
Cases not covered by exchange:

Any defect resulting from misuse, washing, or improper storage.

Expiry of the specified exchange period.

If the customer does not like the fabric type (the store is not responsible for lack of prior knowledge of the fabrics mentioned in the product details).

Loose threads are not considered a manufacturing defect (the customer may cut them with scissors and should not pull the thread).

Any alteration made to the abaya by the customer; if it is discovered that the abaya has been altered by the customer, the store has the right to cancel the exchange request and return the same item to the customer.
The item will be inspected by our specialized team before approving the exchange request.
The exchange process and customer service will be completed within 14 business days.
